Haya is the Head of Operations at Porat group, where she leads a unified team of operations professionals, dedicated to designing operational solutions for our clients.  Haya brings with her over 10 years of managerial experience by leading operational and back-office teams including global ones. For the past six years, Haya has built and led operations departments on fintech and crypto companies, specializing mainly in B2B processes, and she has wide experience in customer success and delivery, various regulations, compliance, and KYC process, payment solutions, and risk management.
