We are excited to announce that Porat Group’s real estate department is expanding. Porat Group offers a full range of legal and business consulting services for anyone dealing with real estate in any form, whether buying, selling, investing, planning, transactions and so on, both in Israel and worldwide.

As a part of the department’s expansion, we have merged Tsarfati Law Firm (RTS Law) into our group, and appointed Adv. Roie Tsarfati (full profile here) as the new Head of the Real Estate department. Adv. Roie Tsarfati has extensive experience in legal issues related to both commercial, residential and industrial real estate, as well with complex transactions related to various real estate deals, among other issues related to the field.

In the near future, Porat Group plans to expand the department further, by having more lawyers specialized in real estate join us. Therefore, we will be posting job openings for real estate lawyers in the weeks to come.
